What GREAT weather...!

This past weekend the weather was freakin awesome...of course we didn't do anything outside. But I did have a little pamper day for me Saturday afternoon, I got my nails done and my haircut, it was great. Then we just went over and hung out at my aunt's house and then John and I went to the movies that night and saw The Watchmen. It was a good movie but if you have young children don't let them watch it, it is a very graphic movie with private parts showing and a sex scene or two, but it was good movie not as good as I thought it was going to be but it was worth watching. I did sleep a lot this weekend and that is very unlike me, so I don't know if I was just trying to catch up from last week. But it felt like every chance I got to lay my head for a few minutes it turned into an hour or 2, yesterday was like 4.

Work is great but at the same time it sucks. My boss is a full on complete drama queen. Whenever she's in a bad mood or somebody makes her upset, she makes the rest of us miserable. And God forbid you don't acknowledge her, the whole world falls apart. She complains if you're late, she complains if you're early...pretty much there's just no making her happy no matter what you do! I love my job and what I do and the people I work with, I just can't stand the person I work for. And she has control issues she has to feel like she's in control of something/ everything.

Anyways Cristian's good, he's growing up so much right before my very eyes, he talks up a storm, that he gets from his daddy. But it's cool and interesting to watch. And I am so excited for his 2nd birthday party, the theme is Cars.

Something to think about...

When two love each other, really love each; but just can't seem to get it together, when do they get to the point when enough is enough...NEVER!

If and when this is true for two people, this is when you know you have true love and that you guys can get through pretty much any and everything that comes your way!

Just BLAH...!!!

There comes a time when you feel you have to do something you don't necessarily want to do but know you have to do it in order to get someone else to understand the seriousness of a situation and it sucks to actually have to make that decision.

Anywho, I've been lacking something lately and I've come to realize I am "sister-sick", you know like when you're home sick, you just want to go home, well I miss my sisters and my neices and nephew and I want to see them, I was trying to go last weekend but I didn't want to drive by myself well my mom said that she's going this Saturday and coming home Sunday and that news just totally brightened my day, I was so happy for the rest of the day. So we're going with her and I'm so EXCITED!!! I haven't seen Stephie and Kayleigh since Kayleigh turned 1 this past November and I haven't seen Christy, Sean and Amaya since the beginning of December when they came to visit for Christmas, so I'm ready for a visit even though it's just a short visit.

Work is absolutely great! Nothing really going on, just day to day stuff.

I'm trying to start my diet back this week. I was eating BK almost everyday for lunch; I'm a vegetarian, so I always get the veggie burger meal, which is actually healthier than eating an actual burger but still the same with all the extras. So I'm going to try to eat a lot healthier and maybe do a little exercise, so I'll let you know how that works out for me.

Confused & Conflicted...!!!

Have you ever just been so confused with life that you have no idea what to do next??? Well I'm at that point right now, I'm just stumped pretty much. I do the same routine everyday, which is good for Cristian, but I kind of feel like I'm going crazy just a little bit. The worst part is I can't even explain what's going on. It seems like the more and longer this goes on with me, the more John and I fight and argue and I think that just makes things worse. I think I just miss hanging out with my friends and I haven't seen my sisters and neices and nephew since before Christmas, so I think maybe I'm just like having withdraws or soemthing like that. And I want to go visit them in North Carolina so bad but my mom doesn't want to go this weekend and I don't know if it's a very good idea for me to drive by myself with Cristian almost 3 1/2 hours away, but I've done it before so I think I'd be okay if I decided to to do or just try to talk my mom into going with me. Then with everything going on with me, I'm trying to plan my mom's surprise birthday party and then Cristian's 2nd birthday party in April. The invitations for my mom's party are going out tomorrow and then Cristian's will go out March 30th, I think.

Aside from everything , Cristian's been sick since last Thursday annd I've used up all my vacation, leaving work early and taking off work, to take him to the doctor and we ended up in the ER one morning and he hasn't been able to go to daycare, then we had a FU for his toe that he had surgery on 2 wks ago and thankfully that's healing like it's suppose to, so we'll have another FU in 3wks and if it's still healing right and the nail grows like it's suppose then we'll schedule surgery for the other toe and go through everything all over again!!!

Update...

I almost forgot...Cristian's surgery went absolutely beautiful. He had and ingrown toenail removed from his right big toe this past Thursday...it's healing perfect from what I can see, well from what he'll let me see. He has to keep his socks on, no one is allowed to look at it or touch it and if they do or try to, he goes absolutely bananas, but he's walking just fine. He has a 2wk follow up next Thursday and hopefully then we can talk about having the left big toe done soon because he has the same problem with that toe and that way all this can be over and done with before his 2nd birthday party and before summer rolls in. Oh so much FUN!!!

We went to Alyssa's birthday party this past weekend and it was great! Kid's birthday party's are so much fun, I love to be around friends and family and celebrate good times. We have so many birthdays to celebrate before summer even starts; let's see, Madi's is the 19th next month but her party will be on the 14th,my mom turns 40 St Patrick's Day then Hillery and Cassidy are coming home the end of March and her party will be March 28th but her actual birthday is April 6th and she'll be 2, then my birthday is April 9th, Cristian's is April 18th and he turns 2 and this year he gets to have his party on his actual birthday; I'm so excited! Then my dad's birthday is May 12th and Cristian's new friend, Allie, she turns 2 the end of May and then John's is June 12th and he'll be 27, damn he's getting old...LOL! So yea we have a lot of birthdays and parties to occupy our time for the rest of our lives...LOL! Other than birthdays going on everything is pretty plain and boring.

Work is good, great actually. I work at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, the one in Newport News not Norfolk. I love the atmosphere and the kids that come here are absolutely great. My boss sucks ass though! Other than that life is great.

Cristian's Having Surgery

Yes, so my sweet little boy is having surgery on his toe, next Thursday, Feb 5. My little one has ingrown toenails on both feet, but we're trying the surgery on one foot for now to make sure it works and helps him, then maybe will do the other foot. Other than that things are great, life is good. John and I are talking about moving in together, we found a 2 bedroom/ 1 1/2 bath for a really good price and it's right down the street from where I'm living now. So we'll see how that goes. Nothing much really going on "In the Life of Me", so until next time...
